Returns Policy

We offer a 90 days return policy! We accept returns on all products within a period of 90 days from delivered order. The products must be in a “re-sellable” unopened condition. 

You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

To initiate a return please send an email to [email protected] for our customer service team to process your request. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label free of charge, To return the item simply:

  • re-package your item in a padded envelope.
  • Attach the free Evri return label.
  • Drop the parcel off at your local Evri delivery office.
  • Evri will then deliver your item(s) to our warehouse for inspection.  

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card.

You will be notified by email when our team has processed your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card company.
  2. Contact your bank or financial institution; there is often bank processing time before a refund is available to your account.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Defective Products

If you feel as though your item may be defective, simply contact our team and we will be happy to rectify the problem. 

In the case of a defect or product quality issue, we ask you to return the item with a free return shipping label for our team to inspect the item, while we exchange or refund your original purchase.
